Orders from the online shop are accepted 24 hours a day.

We are open Tuesday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM for orders and inquiries.

※We are closed on Sundays and Mondays, so orders will be processed on the following business day.

Select the color, size, etc. of the product you want and add it to your shopping cart.

Next, select your payment method (credit card or cash on delivery),

Enter your shipping address and other customer information to complete your order.

We will check the inventory and delivery date for your ordered items and notify you via email.

※Some colors and sizes may be out of stock.

We will send you an email confirming the availability of your ordered item and requesting a bank transfer.

After checking this email,

The item will be shipped after payment confirmation.

Delivery Information
Delivery is via Japan Post or Yamato Transport.

Shipping is free for orders over ¥10,000.

The following shipping fees apply for orders under ¥10,000.

Shipping will occur within 2-3 business days of your order.

※If you specify a delivery date, we will ship your order so that it arrives on your specified date.

Regarding Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we will accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective or faulty due to our fault.

Please call us within 3 days of receiving your order.

※Regarding Size Exchanges

Size exchanges for racing boots, gloves, etc. are possible after trying them on.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item to us for a size exchange.

We will cover the shipping costs for redelivery from us to you.
